is permitted under the first Amendment.
Some
Police agencies, desperate to silence our voice,
have attempted to charge Aryan Patriots with littering.
Thse
kind of charges are nothing more than
Police harassment, which no court has ever upheld.
If
you decide to file false littering charges keep in mind:
Expect a major legal battle to be highlighted by us suing
for false arrest, false imprisonment and whatever else our
